How we price

There is no number here. There is what sits inside the price, what sets it, and what you get the longer you work with us — so you can explain it in an internal meeting without asking us.

01

What is inside every price

The price next to each line on the quotation is the price you pay for it. It covers sourcing across the suppliers that line required, the import-legality check, standards and documentation, customs and duties, consolidation into one delivery to one address, and warranty and returns handling if it is ever needed. There are no further lines on the invoice.

02

The price reflects the work the line took

A part in stock at an authorised distributor, closed in one order, is priced differently from a line that needed several suppliers, an import permit and a standards check. Both lines can sit on the same quotation. That is why we have no fixed uplift: it would describe only one of them correctly.

03

Why it is not cost plus a fixed percentage

A fixed percentage on cost rewards a supplier for buying expensively. With us the price is agreed with you before we buy, and whatever happens to our cost afterwards — for better or worse — stays with us. So we are rewarded for buying well, not for buying dear.

04

Integrity before every line

If something on the list is not in your interest — the wrong quantity, a better alternative, an unnecessary item — you will hear it from us before you pay. We are building on your next order, not just this one.

05

Paid up front, which is why the price is fixed

Before the price is closed, the route is: supplier, freight, customs classification and schedule are set in advance, and the purchase is executed immediately, with our own funds, against payment up front. Built that way, a deal holds no surprises — the price you closed is the price. Not because we absorb; because we planned.

06

What opens at the third order

You have one contact person from day one. From the third order, your account also gets portal seats for whoever needs them, one consolidated monthly invoice, a one-page quarterly report on what was handled for you, and a defined response time on quotations. There is no charge — it opens with the order. For companies with an annual procurement plan, annual framework agreements exist; those are a conversation.
