Who we are
Lonsher LTD was founded in 2021 as a logistics company and grew into a procurement contractor delivering end-to-end solutions for hardware companies, labs, manufacturers and institutions.
We're based in Ra'anana — office and warehouses — and today we're eight people across pre-purchase, buying, logistics and quality control. Every incoming requirement becomes a managed project file with one named person accountable for it to the end.
What sets us apart isn't size, it's breadth: our register holds over 4,500 suppliers and 3,700 brands across dozens of categories. In practice that means when a new requirement lands, we usually already know who to buy it from.
Working at Lonsher
We're a small team, and that's on purpose. You won't sit on one screen all day — everyone runs their own files end to end, talks to manufacturers all over the world, and picks up new technical fields at an unreasonable pace.
Ownership from day one
You take a requirement and you carry it to the finish. No “let me pass you to the relevant department”.

Taiwan one day, a German manufacturer the next. Business English here develops fast.

What we look for
- Technical curiosity — An engineering degree isn't required; wanting to understand how things work is
- Initiative — Spotting that something is off before the client does
- Strong English — Written and spoken, with suppliers abroad
- Organisation — Dozens of parallel files, each with a deadline
- A service instinct — The client on the other end is a person with a problem
